Open Casting Call for Disney Channel’s High School Musical 4

Have you ever wanted to be on the Disney Channel? Here’s your chance with an open casting call for Disney Channel’s High School Musical 4. If you have a young actor, singer or dancer between the ages of 14-17 here’s their chance to show what they’ve got! Learn more about the Disney casting call below.

A “High School Musical 4” open casting search via the Disney Applause App will begin on MONDAY, APRIL 18 for young actors, singers and dancers ages 14-17.

Video auditions will be accepted through Monday, May 2, via the Disney Applause App, available on both iOS and Android. Guidelines on how to submit the audition video and a brief scene will be available at on Monday, April 18. Applicants must receive permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating.

The audition is not a contest. There is no guarantee of employment. There will never be a fee to audition for “High School Musical 4” or any Disney Channel talent search.

“High School Musical 4” will continue the story of “High School Musical” and introduce new East High Wildcats and their cross-town school rivals, the West High Knights. DGA Award nominee Jeffrey Hornaday (Disney Channel’s “Teen Beach Movie,” “Teen Beach 2”) will direct and choreograph the movie. The casting directors are Jason La Padura, C.S.A., Natalie Hart, C.S.A., and Kendra Patterson, C.S.A., of LaPadura/Hart/Patterson. Dan Berendsen (creator/executive producer of Freeform’s “Baby Daddy,” writer of Disney’s “Hannah Montana: The Movie,” Disney Channel’s “Teen Beach 2” and “Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie”) and Peter Barsocchini (writer of all three “High School Musical” movies) are the screenwriters of “High School Musical 4.” Bill Borden and Barry Rosenbush return as the executive producers.
